Fair terms, in plain English.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Guidyy Inc. ("Guidyy", "we", "us") regarding your use of the Guidyy website, browser extension, APIs, and dashboard (together, the "Service"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You need an account to create or save guides. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old, and if you're signing up on behalf of a company, you must have the authority to bind that company.

You retain all rights to the guides, screenshots, recordings, and other content you create with Guidyy ("Your Content"). You grant Guidyy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and the people you share it with. Public guides are also licensed for us to display to anyone with the share link.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate the rights of others or any applicable law, and that you have permission to capture and share anything that appears in your screenshots.

Please don't use Guidyy to:

• Capture content you don't have permission to capture.
• Share private personal data, credentials, or payment information.
• Build a competing product by scraping or reverse-engineering ours.
• Probe, attack, or knowingly degrade the Service.
• Spam, harass, or distribute malware, illegal content, or content that violates intellectual-property rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, especially when the safety of other users or the platform is at stake.

Prices, included quotas, and feature lists are described on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. If a charge fails, we may downgrade the account after a grace period.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep paid features through the end of your current billing period. We'll happily refund the most recent monthly payment within 14 days if you've barely used the product — just email us. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata for the unused portion of the year, less any usage in excess of the free quota.

The Guidyy name, logos, brand assets, software, and documentation are ours. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Nothing here transfers any intellectual-property rights to you beyond that limited use.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guidyy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guidyy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

You can stop using Guidyy at any time — delete your guides and close your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, are inactive for more than 24 months, or are required to be terminated by law. We'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data when we can.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll email account holders and post a notice in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that point means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Guidyy agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by emailing us; if that doesn't work, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
