At a glance
Plain English
A "cookie" is a small piece of data that a website stores on your device so it can recognize you across page loads. Some local-storage and session-storage entries work similarly; this policy covers both.

Third-party cookies
A handful of essential vendors set their own cookies when their features are used on Guidyy:
- Clerk — authentication state and CSRF tokens for sign-in.
- Stripe — fraud-prevention cookies on billing pages only.
- Google Analytics (optional) — anonymized, IP-truncated analytics. Off until you opt in.
Your choices
Plain English
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies at the browser level. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: if your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics and any sale of personal info (we don't sell info anyway, but GPC counts).
Changes
If we add a new cookie category, we'll update this list before it ships and surface a fresh banner so you can re-confirm your choices.
